One of the main purposes to visit Philadelphia… The Barnes Foundation!

The very modern, sophisticated facade excited me when I arrived there.

Photography was not allowed inside, but this private collection had impeccable pieces from the 19th and 20th century. It is just so amazing that Mr. Barnes owned an art collection of this scale. The layout on each wall looks somewhat random but actually very well considered, which perfectly represents the specialness and uniqueness of the private art collection – something that would never be seen anywhere else, even at the greatest modern art museums such as MoMA or Tate. I was so happy to see an art collection where I could definitely feel his love of art.

I love art.
